Austin is set to welcome 2025 with a spectacular New Year's Eve celebration at Auditorium Shores. The event promises an evening filled with live music, food trucks, and a dazzling fireworks display, making it a perfect gathering for families and friends to ring in the new year together.

The City of Austin's New Year celebration will feature a lineup of exciting performances, headlined by the iconic rock band Third Eye Blind. The event will be hosted by CNN personalities Sara Sidner, Harry Enten, and Cari Champion, who will lead the countdown to 2025 starting at 11:30 p.m.

Road Closures:

• West Riverside Drive from Lee Barton Drive to South First Street will be closed from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

• South First Street from Cesar Chavez Street to Riverside Drive will be closed from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
